Vinci AI Studio subscriptions and credit purchases are generally non-refundable. This policy ensures we can maintain our commitment to providing high-quality AI video generation services and continuous platform improvements.
2. Refund Eligibility
We may consider refunds in the following limited circumstances:
- Within 48 hours of initial subscription purchase, if no credits have been used
- Extended service outage (over 24 hours) preventing core feature access
- Documented technical issues that completely prevent video generation, unresolved by our support team within 7 days
- Duplicate or erroneous charges (verified through payment records)
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Partial subscription periods or unused time in a billing cycle
- Credits that have been used or expired
- Automatic renewal charges when cancellation wasn't requested before the renewal date
- Feature unavailability due to maintenance (with prior notice)
- Dissatisfaction with generated content when the service is functioning as described
- Network or hardware issues on the user's end
4. Enterprise Customers
Enterprise customers with custom contracts are subject to the refund terms specified in their service agreements, which may differ from this general policy.
5. Refund Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and order/transaction ID
- Provide detailed reason for the refund request
- Include any relevant documentation or error messages
5.2 Processing Time
We will review refund requests within 5 business days. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed through Paddle, our payment processor
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- Other payment methods may take longer based on the provider
6. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription:
- Prevents future billing but does not generate a refund
- Maintains access until the end of the current billing period
- Must be done before the renewal date to avoid charges
